The electricity industry faces great challenges to keep
the system vibrant, reliable, secure, and more responsive to consumer
needs. The
CECA Electric Power Program was launched to work towards developing
policies that increase system efficiency and provide more options and
services
to consumers.

adequate supply of power at a reasonable cost. But today, America’s

inefficiencies and constraints in the existing electricity transmission
grid.
