With the Northeast blackout fresh on the minds of the public and policymakers, there is a renewed urgency to find solutions to needed grid upgrades. To address o the critical transmission needs facing the country, the Consumer Energy Council of America (CECA), is releasing the final report of the CECA Transmission Infrastructure Forum on January 25, 2005.
