Davis Bookhart is Senior Project Director of the Consumer Energy Council of America, serves as the primary researcher for CECA energy and telecommunications forums, and is currently managing the CECA Fuels Program initiatives. Mr. Bookhart is co-author and editor of CECA Forum final reports: Positioning the Consumer for the Future: A Roadmap to an Optimal Electric Power System; Distributed Energy: Towards a 21st Century Infrastructure; and Universal Service: Policy Issues for the 21st Century. Mr. Bookhart received a Masters degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and has worked in the Peoples Republic of China, the Lao PDR, and for the Carter Center.
